INTERNAL RULES – VALLE DELL’ORSO PARK

The regulation is delivered to guests upon their arrival; it is posted both at the entrance and inside the Valle dell’Orso Park and available on the website www.valleorso.it. The act of entry to the Park implies, on the part of the guest, his complete acceptance and observance. In the interest of all, the Management reserves the right to expel and prosecute those who fail to comply with even a single point of this regulation or who, with their behavior, jeopardize the maintenance of order and peace in the inside the Park. The collaboration of our guests is essential to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

  1. The park is open every day according to the calendar and time shown on the website (valleorso.it) and the lifts stop 30 minutes before closing.

  2. Entrance to the Park is allowed only to those who have been duly authorized, through the purchase of a regular entrance ticket. Failure to comply with this rule constitutes a violation of the criminal code. People caught inside the Park, without authorization from the Management, will be reported for trespassing. Therefore, the entrance ticket must be kept for the entire stay inside the Park.

  3. The entrance ticket is in no case refundable. Any closure of the attractions due to technical or climatic factors, lack of electricity, and / or any other cause, or the lack of umbrellas, sunbeds and / or deck chairs, in no case gives the right to a full or partial refund of the ticket.

  4. Tickets purchased online are non-refundable in any case. This constitutes a voucher / receipt for payment as well as a reservation right on the selected seat via our online purchase platform. It constitutes a non-refundable ticket with the right of use on a fixed date. The voucher must be converted into a SIAE entrance ticket at the park counters.

  5. Children up to 99 cm in height, over 75 and disabled people (100%) who are not self-sufficient who cannot independently access the park and attractions, if accompanied by a paying person, will be entitled to free access to the park , these types of tickets can only be purchased at the park ticket offices. People with reduced disabilities, who can instead use the attractions independently, will pay the entrance ticket as per the chosen table. The games and lifts will always close 30 minutes before the park closing time.

  6. Anyone who practices the sale or distribution of free tickets and / or discount coupons for entry to the Park in the parking area and / or in the areas in front of the ticket offices and / or in the access points of Valle dell’Orso is warranted. Violators will be reported to the competent authorities.

  7. Umbrellas, deck chairs, chairs and sun loungers are included in the price of the space / module purchased, available until exhaustion and in a number consistent with the new covid-19 measures. They are assigned by the Park staff upon entry or booked in advance on our online booking platform.

  8. Entrance tickets are valid only on the date indicated which cannot be changed for any reason, access to the Park is allowed only on the day shown on the ticket. Pursuant to article 7 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of services relating to accommodation, transport, catering, leisure, when at the time of the conclusion of the contract the supplier undertakes to provide these services on a specific date or in a predetermined period.

  9. Umbrellas, deck chairs, chairs, sun loungers and tables cannot be moved from the positions assigned by the Park staff.

  10. On days with strong gusts of wind, to protect the safety of guests, the umbrellas must be closed.

  11. In order to ensure the safety of Park guests, some attractions may be subject to particular restrictions. Therefore, always follow the rules of use displayed near the attractions themselves and the instructions provided by the staff.

  12. It is allowed to leave the Park and return on the same day by putting the stamp on the hand (at the entrance turnstiles). In the absence of a stamp, access will no longer be allowed.

  13. The Management reserves the right to limit the use of the slides and other attractions to a visitor at any time if it believes that this could be dangerous for its safety and / or that of the other guests of the Park, as well as the right to remove a visitor who causes danger or disturbance, without this, in any case, entailing any right to a total or partial refund of the entrance ticket.

  14. The slides of the baby lagoon are reserved for children between 100 and 140cm tall.

  15. The ” Water slides ” are reserved for adults and children over 130cm tall, the ” Multi-track ” and ” Tube Free Fall ” slides are reserved for those over 12 years old.

  16. The Management declines any responsibility for objects left unattended inside the Park.

  17. The safe deposit boxes are available, for a fee and until exhaustion, at the Emporio del Parco, leaving a document as a deposit. We decline any responsibility for the objects left inside them. Consult the complete rules before accessing the service.

  18. The Management declines all responsibility for accidents or damage to persons and / or property, for theft and / or loss of objects, caused by imprudence and / or failure to comply with these Regulations. The Management is not liable for damage caused by: conduct of other guests, force majeure, natural disasters (such as falling trees or branches, other causes not dependent on the negligence of the Park staff). The use of the swimming pools, the playground, the adventure trails and all the facilities and equipment of the Park is at the guest’s own risk. Participation in all sports and other entertainment activities is to be considered a free choice by the customer.

  19. By purchasing the ticket and entering the Park, express consent is given to the possibility of being photographed and / or videos taken in an undifferentiated manner within the same, and to the recognized right to use one’s own image, free of charge, for advertising purposes on radio and television media and online.

  20. The circulation of cars and motorcycles is allowed only in the parking area. Access to vans is allowed only for unloading and loading.

  21. According to the rules for the protection of privacy, guest search calls via loudspeaker, incoming phone calls and any other requests or information about guests present inside the Park cannot be provided or made without prior authorization from the same guest. .

  22. Respect nature and keep the park clean.

IT IS FORBIDDEN:

  1. Introduce containers and glass objects into the park.

  2. Occupy sunbeds, umbrellas or deck chairs if not assigned.

  3. Make use of soap or shampoo in the poolside showers.

  4. Consume food and drinks under umbrellas and by the pool. You can use the appropriate refreshment and picnic areas.

  5. Entrance to the park for dogs and other animals in general.

  6. Lighting fires.

  7. Throw papers and waste out of the special containers for separate collection.

  8. Dive into any pool.

  9. Walk on the pool grates.

  10. Run and play by the pool and on the transfer paths and outside the specially set up areas.

  11. Playing with the ball or with the rackets in the water.

  12. Access to the Jacuzzi attached to the Baby Lagoon for minors.

  13. Access to the water slides for children and adults.

  14. Access to adult waterslides for children under 12 years of age.

  15. Leave clothing around the park.

  16. Access the staff service areas.

IS REQUIRED:

  1. Respect and scrupulous observation of all the rules contained in the attached Covid-free regulation.

  2. Strictly observe the instructions and safety regulations given at the entrance to the attractions and waterslides and the instructions of the staff in charge of the swimming pools.

  3. Put on the swimming cap before entering the water.

  4. Take a thorough shower before accessing the pools and waterslides.

  5. Use foot washers.

  6. Use inflatable life buoys if you are unable to swim.

  7. Use non-slip slippers or similar in pedestrian walkways.

  8. Use only the special ladders to enter and exit the pools.

  9. Exit the pools immediately when a storm approaches.

  10. Immediately report any accidents occurring inside the Park to qualified personnel who are located at the internal medicine shop of the complex. The staff will provide assistance, providing first aid to the injured person and assessing the severity of the injury itself. Furthermore, it will compile an “internal First Aid report”, reporting: the date of the accident, the data of the injured person, the pathology, the dynamics and the precise place of the accident, the therapy practiced, any declarations of the injured person, the names of any witnesses, and the name of the lifeguard who witnessed the accident. The aforementioned report will be signed by both the Park Director and the injured party (if minor, by the person exercising parental authority). For the eventual opening of a claim at the company that insures RC inside the Park, in addition to adequate medical documentation, the aforementioned First Aid report will also be required, certifying the accident within the Park. False statements will be criminally prosecuted.

     

The Park can be subjected to video surveillance and / or video recording, in order to guarantee the safety of people and to prevent any damage to them and / or to property. The processing of personal data, or of the material coming from the aforementioned video surveillance and / or video recording system, is carried out in accordance with Legislative Decree 2016/679.

COVID-FREE Attachment

The indications provided here are of a general nature and essentially represent a list of guiding criteria to be taken into account in individual situations. They take into account the current knowledge on the characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 infection and on the impact in communities which, as known, are subject to updates as new evidence emerges.

In particular, among the various scientifically recognized prevention and containment measures to counter the spread of the infection, the following are considered: behavioral rules, social distancing and contact tracing.

In this case, Valle dell’Orso has completely readjusted the plan of the park, scrupulously guaranteeing all the directives contained in annex-2 swimming pool protocol, issued by the Campania region. Summarized below. In the new Covid-Free security protocol we have undertaken and implemented actions aimed at:

  • Adequate information on prevention measures through web communication and signs inside the park.
  • Dissemination of messages through the piped music of the park to facilitate entry and sensitize guests to respect the rules.
  • Development of new online booking methods for better management of the influx of customers, with assigned seats, guest summaries and personal data stored for a period of 14 days.
  • Installation of body temperature detection systems.
  • Meticulous planning of activities and quoting of animation and entertainment services without any possibility of physical contact with guests.
  • Organization of spaces, activities, changing rooms, showers, services with a guaranteed minimum distance of one meter.
  • Continuous sanitization (ISS products) of the surfaces used by guests for each use.
  • Placing in the park of systems / dispensers with hydroalcoholic solutions for the hygiene of the guests’ hands.
  • Guaranteed crowding density: 7 square meters per person.
  • Social distance between chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers: 1.5 meters (for people not belonging to the same family unit).
  • Adoption of all necessary measures to ensure the effectiveness of water treatments and limit of the chlorine parameter.
  • Regular and frequent cleaning and disinfection of all areas of the park and equipment.

Hospitality

  • Access to the park is allowed only upon reservation through our online Booking platform or by telephone. The guest is obliged to fill in all the required fields online (or at the cash desks) in order to register his presence at the park and that of his companions.
  • The ticket office operators carry out their activities in the dedicated office.
  • The distancing between ticket office operators and park guests is guaranteed by an appropriate physical barrier and individual mask equipment.
  • Access to the pools and attractions is guaranteed in an orderly manner, according to a complete reallocation of equipment and spaces in order to minimize the risk of gathering and guarantee at all times the distance of at least one meter between guests.
  • The aforesaid distancing will be signaled through the application of posters, stickers or the like.
  • Customers will be able to park in safe conditions, respecting distances, in special corridors and / or sorting areas.

Shaded areas and solarium

  • The routes have been designed to ensure an easy passage between guests and operators, providing differentiated routes for entry / exit.
  • We have quantified the maximum reception availability at the park, numbering positions and umbrellas.
  • The accompaniment to the reserved area takes place with the help of the park staff, adequately trained and equipped with a mask, as well as equipped with an alcohol-based sanitizing gel.

Sanitation and hygiene measures

  • Guests wear the mask upon arrival and until they reach the assigned position; similarly to the output.
  • Presence of hand hygiene dispensers near the toilets, in the common areas and in all the places of interest in the park.
  • Regular daily cleaning of the surfaces and common areas of the park.
  • Frequent sanitation several times a day of equipment, materials, objects and toilets.
